Foreshadowing

Compared with the first two parts, Mockingbird is slightly inadequate. The first part gives me the feeling of surprise, the second part gives me the feeling of enthusiasm, and the third part was originally intended to mobilize and enlighten, but it looks like a cock. The blood failed, and only the big cousin's hoarse roar was left. At the end, the rescue process of the sacrifice seems a bit far-fetched. Under the premise that President Snow has understood all the plans, it is still a bit far-fetched to just let it go and design Pete's killing.
Generally speaking, the quality of this part is not as good as the previous two parts, but considering the positioning as a transition, plus the foreshadowing of the first two parts, it gives four stars. I look forward to a successful close in the next episode.

  • Finnick Odair: You don't like hearing a fight song at a funeral, huh?

  • [while attempting to hunt a deer]

Katniss Everdeen: He's not even afraid of us.

Gale Hawthorne: It's 'cause they've never been hunted before. It's almost not fair.
