Wes Anderson's 2001 work, from the script, is how the male protagonist Royal Tenenbaum restores the meaning of life and reunion for each family member when the family is falling apart. The epitaph at the end of the film is basically clear at a glance "DIED TRAGICALLY RESCUING HIS FAMILY FROM THE WRECKAGE OF A DESTROYED SINKING BATTLESHIP." And the narrative method of the film is very Wes Anderson's imprint, including warm and bright colors, leisurely country music, unrestrained narrative method, understated sadness, and looks warm and comfortable move.

  • Eli: Well, everyone knows Custer died at Little Bighorn. What this book presupposes is... maybe he didn't.
