Too easy to guess the ending, but it makes sense. Blindness is really a good trick that the little old man can do at his fingertips. Those blah blahs are as good-looking as always. The blindness part is very thoughtful. "Men should be blind for a while, and then they will find that their wives are so beautiful." The poor French seemed to be hacked. XD
