South African Robot Story.

The so-called "dirty trilogy" of South African directors has finally ended. I don't know if I will continue to see films full of negative elements in Johannesburg. Personally, I think "The Ninth District" is the first, this one is second, "Elysium" is slightly inferior to this one, because of the reason of the anti-sky medical equipment.

What surprised me in this film was not the robot, but the pair of punks. They were actually South African singers rather than actors, but when I watched it, I felt that they played really well, and the female punks had a strange and cute accent. . The director's royal actor is of course the protagonist robot, with a slightly Indian accent, presumably to match the race of Indian engineers? In other words, as the main engineers of the company, the treatment and status of Indians are similar to those of new employees. They don’t even have an independent office, and they don’t even have the right to speak when applying for new projects. The rest of the actors are all famous actors, doing their jobs, Wolverine playing a bully can be considered difficult for him, the Alien Queen is less like a CEO, but like a contractor.

The overall story is very much like a fairy tale. To put it simply, it is "Robocop" and "Thunderbolt 5". The setting of cultivating robots into hooligans is very bold and practical. Compared with those AIs that are blackened as soon as they come up, such as Skynet and SAL, this setting of nurturing and growing makes people feel warmer. Attitude towards AI, the consequences of one step to the sky are difficult. There are a lot of American elements in the film, such as the blankets, pants and names, which are obvious metaphors. The bridge section of GTA is slightly happy. It's worthy of being sponsored by Sony, that lot of ps4. And there are examples in reality of using game consoles to make servers. The scene of the policeman eating sweets can be considered the director's personal anger.

In fact, Indian engineers can build but can't copy it, it's quite that, consciousness is actually a batch file. . . Does it only exist in a dos environment? Since it is a manufacturing industry, I briefly mentioned China, and mentioned that it is not mia hahaha. The ending is quite open and bold, with some "brain in a vat" meaning. For this idea, I just think that shaving the brain with Occam's razor is enough.
