"Shar Tsale" is a very interesing film animation , the film brought the human world into fish cartoon world ,the director put every kind of different size ,fish and shrimp and other mrine life painted cute cartoon, the fish in the food chain, the boss is shark each fish to shark discolortion ,by chance,Oscr will paint themselves as a skills chaoqun"shake killer" however this is only the beginning ,waiting for his will is the underwater world of the bloody .I admit the fact that people are born unequal.
