Unbroken is unambitious, unengaging and uninteresting, unfortunately

The rhythm is violent, the picture is bloody, but lacks impact. The autobiography of World War II hero Zamperini, a story of faith, perseverance, great love, and forgiveness, was made into a rough-skinned masochistic action film. 40 minutes of drifting in the Pacific Ocean, 40 minutes of being abused in the military camp, seems to be the diameter of Life of Pi he Twelve Years of Slave, but it is not the same. The marathon SM clip made me wonder if the director presented her own childhood experience in class. A movie with an entire climax takes more effort to watch than a movie without a climax. The whole way of writing, I am afraid that we will not even pass the college entrance examination and thesis in the Chinese dynasty. To quote one of my favorite film critics, Peter Bradshaw, "Unbroken is unambitious, unengaging and uninteresting, unfortunately."
