Before I watched the movie, I saw the comments saying that this episode has no fierce fighting, no cool special effects, no gorgeous costumes, and it's plain and unremarkable. It's just an excess, and so on.
However, it happened to hit my tears.
When Katniss stood on the ruins of the eighth district and roared, "If we were set ablaze, you would be killed in flames like us!" When the workers repeated this sentence and attacked the tyranny thugs, when the people in the fifth district were singing and hanging themselves. Trees braved the rain of bullets to blow up the dam... Tears filled his eyes.
Because, haven't I been oppressed all the time! The worldly values, the opinions of others, the requirements of my parents... Since I am sensible, they have been oppressing me all the time. In order to obtain the affirmation of others and conform to the requirements of the world, I have been silently enduring and obeyed without knowing it.
Recently, I discovered this more and more, and an oppressed anger rose in my heart more and more. Therefore, this film only talks about the brewing process on the eve of the fierce resistance. It just hit my heart. It made me excited, courageous, and inspired.
