Know yourself and the enemy

Knowing yourself knows the enemy in a hundred battles, this old saying really sums up the purpose of this movie. As a fan of Pixar, I have to say that I have sentiment points for each of his animations. Compared with the "simple, rude and direct-driven theme" Chinese-style educational animation, Lao Mei prefers to let you experience it in entertaining and entertaining, just like a serious preaching often fails to have much effect, but the truth that she has realized is only More memorable.

After observing the Monster Power Company, the big-eyed boy was inspired to become an excellent scare commissioner, and with such a willingness he was admitted to Monster University. The ambitious big-eyed boy is a portrayal of many people in life. He thinks that he can enter the ideal university and choose his favorite major. After 4 years of training, he will be able to work well, marry Bai Fumei, and reach the pinnacle of life...nonono .... Reality is often cruel and terrible. Sometimes even if you spend your entire life without seeing your position clearly, you will not succeed in the end.

The big-eyed boy started out as the little white poplar who didn't see himself clearly. He was diligent, hardworking, and devoted all his energy to his studies. The Big Hair Monster is a typical boastful kid who has a talent that is different from ordinary people and wants to get something for nothing. He can master the skills better than others without any effort, so he is proud and conceited. What is the formula for success? Talent + hard work? Those big-eyed boys and long-haired monsters failing to frighten the school principal here show that talent and hard work are indispensable.

The talent of the big-eyed boy is not that he can become a scarer, but that he is good at discovering and cultivating a scarer. It is not necessarily that he is a pianist who can train a superb pianist, but the big-eyed boy who has lost his eyes knows he wins. It was not because of strength but because of cheating that he broke into the lab gate in frustration and anger, and wanted to verify again whether he had that kind of power. In the end, the Big Eye Boy who successfully returned with the Big Hair Monster finally recognized himself.

I like this ending very much. If you make a mistake, you will be punished accordingly. The principal is not soft about the expulsion of the two, but I think it was a gift from the big eye boy who finally left the school after getting the principal's affirmation. There will always be a price to grow up, but in the end it is successful to find one's own position without getting lost in life.

The same is true for people, knowing oneself and the enemy, and being the one who knows oneself best can one step closer to success.
