journey

Everyone has their own country, but not everyone has the opportunity to see it. Many people keep getting lost and being expelled. There are many people who are lost, but few are happy, but as long as there is that insistence, The journey ahead may be the way home. There is only such a lucky person in the movie, the one who easily returned to his own country and realized the one he longed for. Even his journey home is so enviable, with flowers blooming everywhere, beautiful women like clouds, and good friends to help, experts guide the way, you can scare away the villain who hinders you, even if you hurt others, you don't need to. Apologizing, he didn't even shed any tears, he just ran into the future with fright and joy all the way. God loves him too much, and it is enviable that he hates him. Occasionally watching such a story may be a tribute to childhood dreams. If dreaming is as easy as dreaming, I think my dreams will be much more beautiful than this movie.

Creative people are all wizards, and their strong imagination and passion for realizing fantasy are always enviable and admirable. In fact, life may be a kind of magic. People create words, create expressions, and all kinds of tiny creations collide with each other and evolve into the current world. This world is a mixed world. Outside all kinds of humble, small, dark and ignorant corners, greatness only belongs to some thick and powerful beings.
I like movies because they have the ability to realize their imagination. It is the world in the minds of many creative people. It is a product of creation. It is a living world that we can control. Although we can't touch it, at least we can see it. feel.
In the end, I felt sad for the director. His genius was overshadowed by a lot of pressure, but I still felt it was pretty good.

After watching this film, I suddenly felt that "Alice in Wonderland" is not so bad. At least Tim Burton gave the film his personal aesthetics and repackaged a fairy tale with a gothic temperament. By comparison, Sam Raimi became a scum, let alone with Compared to "The Wizard of Oz" that spawned this film, I'd rather listen to "Over the Rainbow" a few more times to take the time to watch this film.

In the first part of entering the magic mirror, the whole process is really annoying. The male protagonist is mediocre and the female protagonist is stupid. Franco is not very suitable for this role (although he is handsome), and other roles are mainly gags. The second half is still worth watching, Perfect interpretation of the movie is the greatest magic, I like the details that pay tribute to The Wizard of Oz (the scarecrow!), the conversion from black and white to color is a plus, looking forward to the sequel Dorothy et al., Samsung

Oz the Great and Powerful quotes

  • Oz: [drawing on the ground] Here's the plan. The wicked witch is the triangle. Monkey, you're the X. I'm the O. China Girl, you're the squiggly line.

China Girl: I wanna be a heart. Can I be a heart?

Oz: Fine, fine. You're a heart. Now, heart stays here. As O makes his way over here, X counters thusly. Clear so far?

    [Finley sneezes]

    China Girl: Bless you.

Oz: Good work. You just sneezed away the plan.

  • Annie: I need to tell you something, Oscar.

Oz: That's never a good start to a conversation.

Annie: John Gale asked me to marry him. That's why I've come. I thought you should know.

Oz: I think that's wonderful, Annie.

Annie: I said I had to think about it.

    Oz: Men love that answer.

Annie: I wondered what you thought I should do.

Oz: You could do a lot worse than John Gale. He's a good man.

    Annie: So are you.

Oz: No. I'm not. I'm many things, but a good man is not one of them.

Annie: But you could be. If you wanted to.

Oz: That's just it. I don't want to. See, Kansas is full of good men. Church-going men that get married and raise families. Men like John Gale. Men like my father... who spent his whole life tilling the dirt... just to die face down in it. I don't want that, Annie. I don't want to be a good man, I want to be a great one. I want to be... Harry Houdini and Thomas Edison all rolled into one.

Annie: That's all I ever wanted for you, you know. Greatness.

    Oz: Then you understand.

    Annie: I do.
