Slightly better Japanese blood

Today I watched 12 Hot-blooded High Schools again in one breath, and it was very enjoyable. After thinking about it for a while, I decided to take it out and compare it with the domestically produced Young and Dangerous series. Of course, from a certain point of view, the "Young and Dangerous" series and the "Hot-Blood High School" series are not the same movies. There are differences in both eras and regional cultures, but in any case, "Hot-Blood High School" is obviously different. He is superior in skill, and has thrown several streets from the "Young and Dangerous" series. Even if it is not a work of a period, I will not make a detailed comparison.
Miike Takashi is a very interesting director. Most of his early films were known for their abnormal bloody violence, which also gave many fans the impression of a demon director. From "Visitor Q" to "Killer Hajime", to "Memoirs of a Ghost Trick". It seems that Miike has put in a lot of effort in the aspect of eye and heart and god. No matter whether these works have really touched a wave of people's hearts, they have to admit it. His style is still unanimously affirmed by the industry. Looking back at the hot-blooded high school, it is not difficult to find that this work has largely distorted Miike's consistent style. I really admire the change from focusing on scenes and flavors to shaping the previous story.
Finally, let's talk about the movie. The two movies have one thing in common, that is, the story is extremely full, and the characters are also in place. Shun Oguri and Takaichi Yamada once made me unable to get rid of the prototypes of Genji Takiya and Tamao Serizawa in "Hot-Blood High School" after watching their later films. It can be said to have worked hard. The stories between the movies are also neatly narrated, and the editing of the clips is also excellent. So as far as the movie itself is concerned, after watching it 4 times, I still can't pick out any flaws. Because when you really watch it, you will involuntarily integrate into the character and the environment. Let's not talk about how many gaps there are with reality. Movies are still movies, and they are products derived from untouchable satisfaction. Then "Hot Blood High School" is a success.
