At the beginning of the movie, Will added a shielded network at home so that the world of the two of them would not be disturbed. His wife, Evelyn, said it would be over if the phone was turned off. However, Will does not have a body. He uses his transcendence to communicate with his wife, showing how much he desires to communicate with his wife.
