In my opinion, there are two things that stand out in the whole film. One is the beginning of the film, where the car is stolen from the train, and the other is the end of the film, where two sports cars run across the street pulling a huge safe. These two are exciting and creative, and they are indeed worthy of the reputation of this series. But having said that, there seems to be only these highlights in this film.
When I watched the first half of the film, I thought that this film should be a Grand Theft Auto story similar to "Eleven Arhats". If copyright issues are not considered, this film may be translated into "Grand Theft Auto" or the speed version of "October." An Arhat. However, while I was watching with great interest how the theft plan of the half-movie that the Rogue Thieves prepared would be implemented perfectly, the director gave me a "surprise" at the end of the movie.
Although the movie never explained what Bai Toledo's plan was, I think it was definitely not the one that was actually implemented in the end. I think this final theft can be summed up by Huang Bo's line in the famous "Crazy Stone": hit with a hammer, rob and run, see who can catch up! ? Of course, the Rogues still need a hard enough hammer, such as the armored car driven by Dashi Johnson. Of course, the Rogues have to run fast enough, but they don't have to worry about this, because they have two protagonists. In this way, this plan should be executable, but if the protagonists prepare a movie for such a plan, I am afraid the audience will be scolded. Therefore, the movie has always been for the other, which is almost a mystery. The plan is in preparation, and the mystery has not been revealed from beginning to end. I really doubt the authenticity of the plan. Maybe it is just a gimmick, and there is no plan at all. Therefore, although the speed of the film has the upper hand, there is still a certain gap between "IQ" and other Grand Theft Auto movies.
When I was watching this film, I already knew the bad news of the starring Paul Walker. The demise of a movie star in his prime is indeed sad. We don’t know how many wonderful movies we will lose because of this. From this we can also understand that speed means two completely different things on the screen and below the screen.
The other actors in the film, I always feel that they can only be regarded as quite satisfactory. The villain is very weak. With so many NB settings before, the last high-speed collision will be done. Dashi Johnson, apart from a hand-to-hand fight with Van Diesel, can basically be regarded as soy sauce, while Van Diesel is a little stronger, but it is also limited. As for the others, they are basically blurred.
