Unhappy Christmas Animation - A Good Movie Every Day 3

I have watched several films about Christmas in the past two days. I feel that this is a relatively bad film. It also expresses the spirit of Christmas and makes people believe in Christmas. This film is a bit too serious in its expression. Now, since it's an animation, why not express it directly? It's very tiring to combine reality and reality. Most animations are for children. I guess there may be children who don't understand it, so I use narration at the end. The way to point directly to the question is too explicit.
And the design of the animated characters looks a bit fake, especially the way they walk. They are basically noodle legs, which look very uncomfortable, and the style of painting is not my type. The whole movie is just tangled in these two points. Even though Christmas songs were used as interludes like other Christmas movies, it didn't bring me any lighthearted feeling, not even moving.
Of course, it also has some notable parts, and some details are done very well, especially when the train is driving on the glacier, if it is 3D, it will be wonderful.
But I'm afraid I won't watch this movie again

The Polar Express quotes

  • [repeated line]

    The Boy: I believe.

  • Hobo: What exactly is... is your persuasion on the Big Man, since you brought him up?

The Boy: Well, I... I want to believe... but...

Hobo: But you don't want to be bamboozled. You don't want to be led down the primrose path! You don't want to be conned or duped. Have the wool pulled over your eyes. Hoodwinked! You don't want to be taken for a ride. Railroaded!

[Hobo puts out fire with the joe]

Hobo: Seeing is believing. Am I right?
