"Dark Invasion" tells that under the appearance of exploration and escape, a struggle between women and women is staged. The monsters are not scary. The scary thing is who will die first. . . Sarah just wants to be the last survivor, and when she finds out that Juno is having an affair with her dead husband, it makes her more convinced that stabbing Juno is the best thing she can do, which is really chilling. As a close friend for many years, I am willing to believe the suspicion and misunderstanding of "friends". It really is heart-to-heart. It is not like the loyalty of the buddies of the men's gang in "Dream Catcher".
The director and the screenwriter are both men, so that's how men understand women.
