Talking about a little bit of faith, I dare not expand it

This is the second in the Paradise trilogy, the first in the series, Love, was watched over two months ago, and I wrote a feel-good review for the first, which is a shame Yes, that post was not a success, with very few followers. Looking back now, the reason for the failure should be attributed to some of my immature, even almost second-hand ideas. In that article, I came to the conclusion that "people are old, and love is not there", and "appearance determines the probability of success in dating to a certain extent". Here, I don't want to re-revise my tone, because I think this is what the director wants to convey, whether the reader admits it or not.

Aside from the first one, I would like to briefly talk about my thoughts on the second "Faith". I'm going to skip the plot and talk about "faith".

I believe that there will be some people who have always firmly believed in the existence of God from the moment they were born. Many of them believe in the "real" God. For example, some people believe in Jesus and Allah throughout their lives. , or Shakyamuni. Such beliefs are not so much believing in a "spirit" as they are believing in a religious organization. That is to say, their beliefs are based on "religious teachings", and they firmly believe that there is a savior who is "all-knowing, all-good, and all-powerful", and that such a God has the appearance of a human being and a human will. In particular, they pay more attention to "all-good" than "all-knowing and all-good". They firmly believe that God's will is "all-good" and that God's people must fulfill the canons set by God. For example, the "Ten Commandments" of Christianity mentioned in this movie. Obviously, these doctrines, the so-called rules set by God, were set by some ancestors, and they were also ordinary human beings. People with firm beliefs may say that these ancestors, such as Jesus, etc., played the role of God's messengers, and the doctrines they laid down were communicated from God. However, looking at history, we will find that it is precisely for this reason that many people in history who want to do things wrong are pretending to be the messengers of God. I think such an example is relatively common in China.

Because we are not sure whether the "Messenger of God" is really the messenger sent by God to save mankind, it is very risky to believe rashly. If you just "believe" and don't "take lots", you don't have to take risks, and according to Pascal, I don't know if God exists, and if he doesn't, there's no benefit to being an atheist, but if he exists, being an atheist I will have a great disadvantage. So, prefer to believe that God exists. This is "Pascal's Bet". However, true religion does not allow believers to only believe without casting a lot of money. If so, then you are not really "believing in God" according to the doctrine. Religion is to make some rules and regulations to limit his followers.

There is a disadvantage in this way, and it is easy to appear extremists like heroines. Let's use the inappropriate term "religious fanatics" to describe them.

It is said that in the eyes of ordinary people, the world of the mentally ill is chaotic, but in their own eyes, other people are the real lunatics. Their behavior borders on madness and their language is slurred, but they believe it's a normal world. I once heard a doctor talk about one of his patients. During the interview, the patient kept telling a very mysterious thing. From his serious expression, it could be seen that he believed what he said, but the doctor started from the beginning. I don't understand what he's talking about. We want to help him, but we have no way of understanding their world, their crazy world. There is an animation called "Schizophrenia" that tells this story.

It is not advisable for me to compare these religious people to "fanatics" here, but they have similar ideas. In their opinion, what they believe in is perfectly reasonable, even though we think it's insane.

Religious beliefs have historical, traditional, regional, national, and ethnic reasons. I have seen some people comment that this woman's beliefs are too extreme and pathological, and I feel that without understanding the culture of a religion, bystanders have no right to question the beliefs of believers. This is similar to the story of the mentally ill above, what seems sick to us may seem normal to them. This is the power of faith. I don't have the ability to judge whether a person's beliefs are correct or not, because there are so many beliefs in the world, and we use some criteria to judge right and wrong, such as "morality", "ethics" and "social values", who will not say Is it also a "religion" or "belief"? How do we measure the right and wrong of these things? Back to the "all-knowing, all-powerful, all-good" God? Or "the ideological dictatorship of the large logarithm over the few".

In addition, in terms of belief in God, apart from "religious belief", there is still one that is generally popular... I don't know how to define it. This type of belief does not believe in a certain fixed organization, but instead believes that some "God" is the creator. With the development of science, most scientists admit that the world we live in is the masterpiece of the creator, and this universe may be tailor-made for human beings. They say that if you stumble upon a watch on the beach and the chances are almost zero that the hands are still moving, if there is such a watch, then a watchmaker must have made it. Here, the watchmaker is God, and the watch is human society.

I personally also tend to believe in such a "God".

I don't want to say too much about the above one. If I say it, my knowledge reserve is not enough. Even what I say now, there may be many flaws. It may involve questions of whether the world is cognition, the reality of existence, and so on. If the reader is interested in these things, it is recommended to read some professional works on faith. I won't go into details.

Movies
=================================================== =====
1. In this series of films, the traces of the documentary are quite obvious, which makes the audience feel that these things are real.

2. Unless you like religion, it is not recommended to watch this film, but it is undeniable that this film is relatively quiet, and the tension of the story is just right. Similarly, it also appears to be "documentary".

3. The Spanish director ranked this film as the third in the annual personal twelve best, and the same series "Paradise: Love" ranked fourth.
