Reality is not always good

After reading it, I feel that Pixar is not as good as before, but it is still very good. There are two impressive points:
First: everyone’s morale is low. When visiting the screaming factory, McWaski told everyone: every successful fright specialist is not always very strange, many of them are ordinary-frightened and It's not all about appearance.
Second: After being expelled, the two monsters were not discouraged. They insisted on starting from the most basic letter distributor, and climbing up step by step, and eventually succeeded-persistence may not necessarily lead to victory, but failure to persist will definitely lead to failure
