Heroes Restart

I chose to watch this because of Clint Eastwood. I've seen the synopsis of the plot. I thought the film would start with William killing the innocent and interpret the story of the prodigal son turning back, so it really broke my expectations at the beginning. Then began the story of the assassination. When one of the cowboys chose a good horse to give to the prostitute who was hurt by them, my mind went off again, thinking of "Qiuju's Lawsuit", I thought since the cowboy regretted it, could it? They wanted to kill him. Of course, it was not the person who had committed the murder, so there was a slight deviation. Moreover, a horse did not go to let the prostitutes who had suffered so much harm to lay down their hatred, and they seemed to contempt them, so I immediately denied it. Qiu Ju's thinking.
However, William suddenly had the courage to kill the cowboy after he recovered from his illness. This has always made me feel uncomfortable, as if it makes no sense. The previous killing scenes have always been the heart of William's assassination. Can physical diseases be cured psychologically Trauma? It seems impossible. If it is said that the prostitute with scars on his face gave him the courage to kill the cowboy, this seems to be insufficient in the film. I think this is the biggest flaw of this film.
It wasn't until Ned was killed that my overall vision became clear. It turns out that all the characters, prostitutes, cowboys, Ned, and myopic boys are just William’s foils. Their task is to create an event to pull William out and let this madman who killed innocent people come out of the mountain and continue to give him. Put pressure on him to re-establish justice in the town! Haha, I'm very excited. It turns out that everything is so clear. The police hastily and cannot maintain justice; William was a murderous robber, his life was flawed; Ned's death, this brotherhood is enough Let William be inspired to kill Jr. Bill.
From the overall point of view, the whole film can be divided into two stages. The first stage is to kill the prostitutes and bring justice to a small scale. This is just a springboard. The second stage is to kill the false justice (police). The climax of the film establishes the ultimate justice! The old devil's golden basin washing hands is nothing. It is a great innovation to ask him to make a new move and become a hero!

  • English Bob: Well, Sir, again I don't wish to give offense when I suggest that this country should select a, uh, king or even a queen instead of a president. One isn't that quick to shoot a king or a queen. The majesty of royalty, you see.

Joe: Well, maybe you don't wish to give offense, Sir, but you are giving it pretty thick. This country don't need no queens whatsoever, I reckon. As a matter of fact what I heard about queens-...

Little Bill Daggett: Haven't you seen enough blood for one night? Hell, Alice, it's not like they was tramps, or loafers, or bad men. Just two hard-working boys that was foolish. If they was given over to wickedness in a regular way...
