Fortunately, the film can depict Lincoln in flesh and blood, and not one-sidedly glorify this great leader in history. Because of this, the non-political audience can recognize the fact that politics is dirty, and also understand that "dirty" things can make great people in history.
The tension of the film and play is successfully created, which is quite exciting. It's just that Spielberg's ability to control "Lincoln" is still lackluster, so, in my mind, he is still just a craftsman director.
