It doesn't matter if there are genitals in the alien's mouth, even under the abdomen, and the tail is also there. Otherwise, why would the last dead Jagged Blood be infected? All aliens grow up in a while. What do they eat? The corpse has not been touched. Blood is corrosive and everything can be digested, so why is it okay to grow out of the human stomach? Do humans have elements that are not part of the periodic table? The Alien Queen started to have a big belly and then disappeared. Are light pulses on Earth not detected by radar satellites? ...and there are a lot of designs that are not supported by theory, which is too stupid.
