It's a digression from the title: I'm a diehard Bourne/Pony Brother who used Moby's ExtremeWay as a morning alarm for three years. Byrne's loneliness, justice, wisdom and courage have inspired me to survive the harsh winters in Nanjing. The Spy series is a spiritual inspiration for me. then. . . This probably caused me to have too high expectations for Spy 4, too much comparison, and ultimately led to too much disappointment. . .
At the beginning of the movie, it took over the ending of Spy 3. The people floating in the water were as quiet as dead fish, and then moved like the drowning rabbit. Although such a connection is straightforward, it is not impossible. But the more I look back, the more disappointed I get. Another example is that Edward Norton received a call from a junior staff member at the beginning, and the camera cut to Spy Shadow 1, and the junior staff member hid in the office and said "He's here (he is coming)" to the phone. It solved a little bit of the remaining problems that I had accumulated in my mind for many years. Three, the ending song. The siren-like music sounded with the sea as the background, a refreshing and uplifting feeling, as if returning to the moment when the final scene of Spy Shadow 3 ended 5 years ago. Moby's Extreme Way, closing your eyes is a flashback to the entire spy movie series.
On the whole, Spy Shadow IV has done too much in the connection work with the first three films. It is simply a film made for the sake of connection - at least the director, you have to let the audience remember the name of the boy's feet. . . But it wouldn't be a good movie without the first three. But a good movie at least has to let the audience remember the name of the male pig's feet. . .
