The accents of Cate Blanchett and Giovanni Ribisi are too heavy. . Cate Blanchett doesn't matter because it's not Italian in the movie, but Giovanni Ribisi. . In an ordinary Italian home, there seems to be something wrong with talking like this. Hard to hear. Also, I think the story is average. . And I think it's funny, the carabinieri police in Italy are not that powerful! :P It can be said to be a bit casual. Prisoners here either go to jail for a few years, or they won't be punished at all :P
