Take a look (spoilers)

Limited background: for

johnny depp and tim burton.
I haven't watched TV shows.
The trailer feels pretty good.

In the movie: I

didn't expect many big names in it (why is helena so swollen, why?).
Humor is mostly cold.
Actually more than two hours.
karen carpenter turned the gothic villa into a sunny courtyard in one fell swoop.
A vampire plus werewolf plus shotgun combination is not as good as a scream from a ghost.
I have to notice the curled lips of the little loli when she speaks.
Will Xiao Zhengtai become Benedict Cumberbatch to detect the villa when he grows up?
The ending is a live-action version of Zombie Bride. In the end, helena indicated that we are not finished yet.

Summary:

depp is not very good either, the writer's story is well written... and then the witch eva green is really an angel and devil... just look at it.

It's actually a time-travel comedy, and it always reminds me of Captain Spock and his party back in the 90s in Star Trek IV. In fact, the highlight of this film is Tim Burton's nostalgia and irony of the 1970s. During his adolescence, this part of the film was full of laughter and bright spots. But Goth becomes the mask in this film, dead and stereotyped, as Depp Helena does in it. PS: M's advertisement is inserted really well!

#新衡山# The film is too trendy, much better than expected, but the ending is chaotic. The atmosphere of the 70s is Tim Burton’s nostalgia for adolescence. Vampires are definitely cooler than hippies, and the sense of dislocation brought about by crossing should be so. The most exciting thing is that Alice Cooper’s true performance is like going back in time, and Christopher Lee has appeared in vampire movies again. This is much cooler than Andy Warhol's "Devil's Blood"!

Dark Shadows quotes

  • Barnabas Collins: [dodging a vomit projectile from Angelique] Missed me!

    [takes a hit]

  • Barnabas Collins: Tell me, what do you know of Barnabas Collins?

Elizabeth Collins Stoddard: Just legends, really. Two centuries ago, a witch turned him into a vampire and locked him away.

Barnabas Collins: What is known of his death?

    Elizabeth Collins Stoddard: Nothing.

Barnabas Collins: That, madam, is because he never died. I am Barnabas Collins.

    [reveals a secret passage]

    Elizabeth Collins Stoddard: Then, you...

Barnabas Collins: I am a vampire, madam. But I am also a Collins, and I swear by all I hold sacred I will not harm anyone under this roof.
