Such a horror, what is the ending

I haven't watched a horror movie for a long time. The main reason is the proliferation and shoddy production of horror movies, grandstanding and mysterious sets, stereotyped rainy days, dark houses, broken stairs, black cats on the corner, and a bloodless face that suddenly appeared... When you see these, people's normal physiological reaction is to be startled, but if you want to be called a horror movie or a thriller, these are obviously not enough.
Now the so-called horror-thriller films can be called more suspense themes. First, some bizarre things happen, some people die, and finally, a good guy who seems to have nothing to do with planting beans in the whole film becomes the murderer. Often, the murderer tears off the mask of the good guy at the end and becomes a murderer. A big villain with an extremely twisted and dark heart. It's just such a plot, plus some grandstanding scenes, it's simply impossible to watch.
I have watched a few horror (suspense) films for a long time recently. I personally think that there are only two films that can be regarded as relatively good works, one of which is "Frightening Island" directed by Alessandro Amamba ( 2001), the other was "Deadly Valentine" in the same year.
The success of the former lies in its wonderful ending. "Cry on the Island" uses the entire film as a foreshadowing, of which only one climax is at the ending. It is not an exaggeration to describe such a wonderful ending as wonderful. The latter's success lies in its excellent description of the storyline.
"Deadly Valentine's Day" is a wonderful horror film that makes the audience indulge in it. As the film progresses, the audience is also constantly thinking about who is the murderer who never blinks? Who will be the next victim? How will he be brutally murdered? Of course, the unexpected ending is also essential, drawing a happy ending to the wonderful film.
The beginning of the film is to introduce the background of the story, so that the audience has a general understanding of the film. What impressed me the most was the expressionless mask, which represented the mask of death. And that deadly Valentine's Day card. When the greeting card appears, the four of them must come back to claim their lives.
What is the scariest episode? I think this scene happened in the second half of the film. The Valentine's Day party was interrupted by a power outage and people were leaving. Kate found the detective's body in the pool in the garden. There was no one, not even the waiter who was there just now disappeared. What kind of psychological impact will such a situation bring to people? The psychological fear it brings is immeasurable.
When they finally took off the mask of the man in black and found out that it was their friend, how many people would suddenly think that the explanation that she was the murderer was reasonable? When she was young, she was fat, stupid, and out of place. At the dance where the little boy was beaten, she was not invited by others and was left aside. For fear of being laughed at by others, she lied and said that she was bullied by the little boy. I believed that she was the murderer anyway.
But what amazes me is that the man is the last murderer, "Can I ask you to do a dance?" Is it familiar? In such an environment, someone who can say such a thing is already creepy enough.
I give this film a 4 because I think the ending could have been designed better. The most successful horror films do not succeed in a complete ending. In the end, the truth is revealed to everyone who is the murderer, but an ending that can make people imagine endlessly. No one knows who the murderer is, and the murder continues.
In the end, I really like this poster, masked man, empty eyes, pale cheeks, perfect as the cover of a horror film.
