This film is not rated very highly, maybe its plot is not as engaging, deep, and emotionally elevated as it used to be, but it is still an excellent animation. If you insist on saying it's not good, then maybe it's just that you demand too much of Pixar, the so-called love is deeply responsible; or the protagonist "Ban Erya" is not so likable.
The amazing details of Japan, France, Italy, and London depicted in the film, as well as special effects, and funny plots, although it cannot be said to be an excellent Pixar product, it is definitely a qualified Pixar product. As a sequel, doing that is enough.
