Yes, Alexandre Desplat's music definitely gave me multiple orgasms.
And no, the second eldest son in the movie is NOT Brat Pitt's son in real life.
Back to some serious stuff. The movie kept reminding me of Kubrick's 2001 from the very beginning. The sound track was blood-pumping, majestic and all. The cinematography was absolutely gorgeous. And I loved the controlled emotional struggles in the movie and the precious love for others and the respect for grace. But the story telling was somewhat discontinuous and lack of fluency. As a feature film(is it?), the structure was a little too avant garde and loose.
But I'll say this movie was one of its own kind. And you have to see it in cinema. Don't try to figure out the movie. The movie was intended to let YOU figure out YOUR life after watching this.
