Each of us dreams of changing the past to make the current state better, or wishing to live another life and become another person. This movie reflects this idea and the result if we do so. Evan kept changing his choices in the past, hoping to find a perfect future. But things backfired, often leading to a more tragic ending.
Every choice is the best choice. The change is not necessarily an optimization.
Human beings once forgot their knowledge of themselves, thinking that they were God, and in the end they would still recognize the various limitations of nature, but it is this limitation that embodies the meaning of life, choice and effort. When we look back on the past, we will naturally regret our past mistakes, but it is these mistakes and these roads that have made our personality; it is these pains that make us feel unforgettable in life.
