Towards the end I really like Caroline's natural, direct, oh, knowing nothing, even though she's only a supporting role. Stefan, Elena, and Bonnie are suppressed because of too many secrets.
I love damon, when damon stares at Elena affectionately, she always pounces on stefan. When I learned about their past, I felt more distressed for Damon, even though he killed people without blinking an eye, even though he was cruel in many cases. But behind it all hides his deep affection and humanity.
