epitome of politics

I just finished watching Samuel Huntington's Clash of Civilizations and the Reconstruction of the World Order yesterday, so I thought of politics when I saw this short film.
There was one place I didn't understand at first, why did the others do the same thing when the first person took out the fishing rod? After all, according to the principle of moment balance, it will not affect whether a fishing rod is extended or shortened, put in clothes or taken out (excluding the change of center of gravity). So their definition of balance may not be weight, but all movements, to be the same.
Just like during the Cold War, when the United States had an atomic bomb, so did the Soviet Union; when Gagarin of the Soviet Union went to the sky, the Americans went to the moon. Only such a scenario can constitute a balance.
And the new music box broke this balance, as there was an interest that tempted them. At first they could still follow the principle of balance, but then, the scramble was necessary, and the killing (if it was understood that way).
This also reflects the competition between countries. As long as there are new points of interest disputes, it is possible that there will be no disputes in a short period of time. Various countries can cooperate, but due to selfishness, wars cannot be avoided. If it corresponds to World War I, then this music box can be equivalent to the colony where our vast compatriots in Asia, Africa and Latin America live.
Finally one person remains. If you look at the average usage rate of a music box, it is now 100%, while it was only 20% before, and the usage rate has increased. But since no one controls the balance, now he can't use it anymore. This ending is a metaphor for the fact that if disputes between nations go on, no one will be the winner.
