Lost Bikes - The Big Times Behind the Little People

"Seventeen-Year-Old Bicycle"

should be Duan's beautiful youthful love,

those quiet paths that I walked together in the young days,

those prosperous long streets that walked side by side under the twilight sun.

Stepping on a string of sparse reflections of French phoenix trees,

after a series of echoes of the hustle and bustle of the streets.

The slightly blue-tinted film flows slowly, just like the youthful youth in the story.

The boy's slightly upturned mouth corners, and the girl's drooping eyebrows.

The clouds are under the sky, and the secret thoughts of youth are rolled out.

Blue sky and white clouds, blue clothes and white skirts.

Pure white, clear blue.

Seventeen years old, a shining age.

Life should be so beautiful.

But that's not the story.

This is not a hypocritical literary film.

So, I think this will be a story of teenagers fighting for their ideals?

Seventeen years old, at the age of high school, faced with too many bizarre temptations, how can I re-firm my faith and go on after being shaken.

Also a nice movie theme.

But the story isn't like that.

This is not a progressive inspirational film either.

On the contrary, this is not a good film.

It shattered young love, it subverted young dreams.

It's grey, it's ugly, it's dirty.

It made the seventeen-year-old boy no longer believe in anything, not even himself.

It slaps love and tells you that you are too tender at the age of seventeen.

It kicked the dream and told the seventeen-year-old not to talk nonsense.

It makes you lose the courage to live at the age of seventeen.

It makes you start to hate society and humans at the age of seventeen.

But, it's a good movie.

It allows us to see the cruelty of reality at the age of seventeen years of dreaming.

It allows us to see the despair of life at the innocent age of seventeen.

The story is threaded through a bicycle to show us the seventeen-year-old two teenagers from the Chinese dynasty.

This bicycle is Takako's life and Xiaojian's soul.

Without this car, Takako has no job and no livelihood.

Without this car, the little face that Xiaojian had was wiped out.

Takako from the countryside, Xiaojian from the bottom.

In this way, a bicycle changed the fate.

In other words, the fate has been changed by the times.

Takako in the countryside is stubborn and stubborn.

Xiao Jian in the city is stubborn and stubborn.

But they are all miserable. One from the outside, one from the inside.

Takako shows us how low life is.

Xiaojian shows us how fragile dignity is.

People are forced out.

Xiaojian's contempt for Takako, and then Huang Mao's provocation towards Xiaojian.

Extreme dissonance directs the story out of control.

And Takako, the whole story is a passive character.

His only initiative was to repeat "This is my car."

And such persistence or stubbornness inevitably dragged Takako to a more miserable path.

The film has no intention of portraying characters. All imitations of characters and narratives of stories are just for the theme—life.

What the film wants to show is the life of little people in the city of Beijing.

The secondary line of the story is the woman played by Zhou Xun.

When he first appeared, I mistakenly thought he was playing Xiao San.

Staying alone in the empty room, lonely and unbearable, changing clothes and feeling sorry for yourself.

And in the second appearance, in red dress and red shoes, looking forward to brilliance.

The proud and contented look revealed the humbleness in his bones.

In just four scenes, there is no line, but it is the finishing touch, which makes the audience have more experience in the theme.

Movies are always so ruthless, depicting the beauty of the moment, and then smashing it to pieces.

The film gradually developed, the plot gradually advanced, the story began to get out of control, the train roared and derailed, and the fire roared into a prairie.

Then stopped at the most tragic moment.

Finish.

We have no way to speculate on the fate after the age of seventeen, but it is destined to be gray, or even no.

The first feeling after watching the movie is depression, suffocation, and unspeakable suffering.

The film made a serious joke with us.

In 2001 , in 2001,

when the Olympic bid was successful, in 2001

when China joined the WTO, in 2001,

when the Double Happiness Millennium,

in the capital of the Celestial Dynasty, under the city of Beijing,

there would be two seventeen-year-olds. The young

man , for an ordinary mountain bike, bet his own destiny and everything.

There are many scenes of teenagers smoking and fighting in the film, and the tone is dark.

Xu is also a reason why it was not released in the mainland.

But fundamentally, this film touched the flaws of this era.

The final fight in the film took place in a hutong alley.

The old woman still carried the baby peacefully and amiably, and the old man still played chess with great interest.

The group of you teenagers around you, you chase after me, and the chickens fly. Never glanced, never said a word.

Like everything that happened, nothing happened.

You can say they are indifferent, you can say they are ruthless.

It's just that they who lived most of their lives,

who were born before liberation, who went through the Great Leap Forward, who

survived the Cultural Revolution, who ushered in the reform and opening up,

But they are still lingering in the dilapidated house in the narrow alley.

I'm tired, I'm tired, I'm bored.

The film was shot in 2001, ten years ago.

Ten years ago, the social injustice and the hard life. Even more now.

Wade through the downturn in the stock market, turned over the rising prices.

Run through the chasing of the urban management vehicle, and in turn the demolition team's interception.

You can hide the cat, but you can't hide across the province.

Now, instead, I miss the slightly old era ten years ago, and it is so beautiful.

It's just that the times change, and there is no turning back.

This is the best of times and it is the worst of times.

We listen to the best news, we watch the worst reality.

This is the decade when the dragon took off.

Take off into the distance, so far that we do not know where it is.

The road ahead is full of phantoms, and the future is confusing.

No stars and no moon, the night is like ink.

Are you desperate! ? Are you decadent! ?

No, it is not.

Revisiting the "October Siege", Li Chongguang's lines are in the ears:

"I close my eyes, what I see is China's tomorrow."

At that time, Li Chongguang was only seventeen years old.

A hundred years ago, a seventeen-year-old boy had joined the country.

Mr. Sun Wen said,

"If you want to experience the happiness of civilization, you must experience the pain of civilization, and this pain is revolution."

Today, 2011, is the 90th anniversary of the 1911 Revolution.

If you want to experience the happiness of reform, you must go through the pain of reform.

And the sufferers of this pain are us.

For the future of the younger generation, we have to bear this pain.

For China's tomorrow, this pain. We have to take it.

We see too much darkness, we see too much ugliness.

We have lost our morals, we have spurned public trust.

But we, for no reason, ridicule society and play life because of this.

We still have faith, we still have hope.

We have to believe in the light, and we have to believe in the republic.

After more than a month, I wrote again.

And call it the book of revelation, alert yourself, while

obsessed with the happiness in front of you, don't forget the pain of the times.

Lost bikes can be found.

But the lost era will never come again.

The same stubbornness, the same 17-year-old, completely different life trajectories. If it wasn't for a single bike, maybe they would never have met. The "sunny day" after the new millennium is just a little less tender, but it is still out of the current domestic movie street.
