When you were very young, your parents or other people around you wanted you to be a good, sensible child. Excellent grades, considerate kindness, etc. It's not that you haven't worked hard to do your homework well, get praise from your teachers, make your classmates play with you, and make everyone else like you. It's just that in the process of trying to win the approval of others, there may be failures or successes; when the surrounding labels are attached to you for too long, you also begin to doubt: are you such a person? Is his own ability so little? Can't do better?
