At the beginning of the film, John is seen as a fat middle-aged man, neither handsome nor rich, giving the impression that he is an extremely ordinary man who is extremely unattractive.
But as the plot unfolded, his impression of him changed drastically.
What is a good man? This is a question with no standard answer. According to the images in romance novels and Chinese and foreign love movies. A good man must be young and handsome, gentle and affectionate, successful in his career, and talented~~~~~~
But, are these useful to wives? Not really useful. Just to show off outside. Happiness and husband are not necessarily linked. Even if the husband usually makes money and spends it on his wife, but if there is a situation where two people can only survive, they may not necessarily hold that hand.
If it really comes to the heroine's situation, being abandoned by her husband is the most common choice.
But this choice of John is really only a top man can do. Trust her and don't give up that hand when no one else believes it.
Living with you is the best love. If Romeo had such a skill, there would be no tragedy of martyrdom with Juliet. They should elope happily together.
Prison breakout is an old theme, but there is still something new in this film, especially the bridge where the wall textures were found. After seeing it, I knew it was a foreshadowing. Also a thumbs up for this arrangement. A good movie is a movie that can make people watch and can't guess the plot behind it.
