The first half of the film does an excellent job of creating two main characters: QT, the neurotic and paranoid rapist brother, and George Liang, the principled and leading robber brother. After the younger brother rescued the older brother from prison, the two brothers encountered a pastor's family whose faith was tested on the way. Because the pastor's caravan was a favorable cover for passing through the Mexican border inspection, the two mad brothers kidnapped the pastor's family of three and threatened them to take the brothers to a bar in Mexico to meet with the "snake" connector there. Then, let them go. . . After the thrilling scene of the five people passing through the Mexican border checkpoint, they finally came to the bar "Tity Twister" in Mexico that night. Because they made an appointment to meet the connector early the next morning, and the bar happened to be open all night, so the group went to the bar. Decided to stay there until dawn. . . If you think you're just watching a bloody B-grade road movie about how the wanted brothers killed the sheriff's detective, burned the liquor store owner alive, and dismembered the hostages on their way to desperation, congratulations! You have hit the trap!
After watching the movie, if you boil it down to: perverted killer road movie + zombie monster horror movie, then you have misunderstood the title of "Ghost Talent"! Because if you are sharp enough, you will find that when there are three seemingly passers-by but actually important roles played by the same person, the whole play seems to have a subversive new perspective and interpretation. . .
(Can't see which three characters they are? Welcome to reply to inquiries...)
