This is a magical adventure story of a dwarf defeating a dragon. The theme of continuation of courage, mission and dream is still exciting. Following the footprint of the dwarf expedition, the epic Middle-earth world slowly unfolds. The picture quality of the film is excellent, and the soundtrack is magnificent, but because the original content is not rich, it is inevitable that the plot is thin when it is split into a trilogy, and the plot turns and emotional drama are not convincing due to insufficient preparation.
The film shows that the dwarves' high spirits and determination to save Gushan are like the Tang monk's master and apprentice Xitian learning from the West, after the entanglement of demons and ghosts, and finally succeeded, and "The Hobbit 2" also struggled in returning to his hometown. Since entering the forest of the Elf Kingdom, it has been tested. Spiders stand in the way, the Elf Kingdom is obstructed, the half-orcs are constantly hunting down, and even the fierce battle with the fire dragon is always testing the courage and wisdom of the Hobbits. It’s a pity that these hobbits do not have as many difficulties as the monk Tang and apprentices have suffered. After all, Gandalf is helping out, the Elf Prince and Tariel are helping, and Bud is helping, and the Lord of the Rings has also played a lot of role. The hostile elements were only half-orcs and arrogant fire dragons. Compared with Tang Seng's masters and apprentices, they still didn't seem to be bothered by the latter.
