There are still tears in the laugh

Director todd is my favorite American director. It originated from "Road Trip", a road movie that burst into laughter. After the "Hangover" is still not disappointed, this latest masterpiece, if it is a joke, it is really not too much. The story structure is very similar to the mainland's "People on the Road" and the previous "Road Journey", with no breakthrough. The only thing that makes people remember is the optimism, innocence and perseverance that Ethan is so stupid and moldy along the way.

Ethan's role as a coach in the toilet is really moving, isn't it? Ethan had nothing but his puppy, and his father's ashes were drunk as coffee. It didn't matter, he almost fell to death, it didn't matter. Nothing can stop him from going to Hollywood. No matter what kind of stimulation he encountered, his dream of being a comedian in Hollywood has not been pierced. In the end, he succeeded. This may be the American dream portrayed by the United States to the world.

Should I live a decent life like Peter or a stupid stupid like Ethan?

  • Lonnie: [sung to the tune of Closing Time by Semisonic] It's closing time, time to roll to Chili's and chow down with my fuckin' boys.

Peter Highman: I just had the strangest dream. It's Friday. We're at the hospital. But it's not a hospital, it's a, a, a forest of sorts. And I know that because right next to you there's a bear. A grizzly, cooling his feet in a stream. And all of a sudden, you begin to deliver, and I can't get to you. But the bear can. And the next thing I know, he is holding our beautiful baby boy. And here's where it gets odd. Uh, he chews the cord. But, strangely, I'm okay with it. That's gotta be a good sign.
