I really think so. As far as this movie is concerned, I think five words can describe its goodness: good is only one word.
But no, you don't want to write a movie review after watching a free movie? Such a movie that you say is suitable for all ages, can't you say one, two or three?
Indeed, this is a movie that makes you wish time could go slower, and when you are fully invested in it, you will only have a feeling from the bottom of your heart: this is a good movie. No other ideas.
After reviewing it, I found that there are still some things worth remembering:
you will be moved by the simple but not simple storyline - although the content of the story is not complicated, it is "organic" with elements of family, friendship and love. Knock on your window, that forgotten time.
You will be driven by real humor - the biggest difference between film and written language is that it exists as a language of reflection, and it is not and should not be sublimated by one or two bad lines.
You will be shaken by the lack of landscape films in the mainland due to poor shooting - here is a quote from Maori's review of "Love and Elixir" as an exposition: "Chinese people have never been good at it. First of all, they don't know what a city is. It's a high-rise building, and then a set of on-board cameras is all good, enough to fool the nine-pound old lady who has never been out of the valley, what else do you want?" When it comes to this film, the gap is even more visible.
Here, I quote Zhang Xiaobei's words on Weibo at the end: Although the law is not a shield, there is always a suitable one for you. Let me add that one size movie means less pressure.
