This film involves thinking about too many ultimate issues, the meaning of life, and whether suicide is shameful. The whole story is a speculative conversation, completed by two old men in a cramped room. The most down-to-earth voice that changed my mind about suicide. Different from "Eternal Sleep in the Deep Sea", this time the person who is going to commit suicide is a person who has no physical defect, not only has free will, but also has the ability to act freely.
Before the story begins, the imagery of trains, oranges, suicide. It is natural to think of Haizi. Likewise, birthdays are also observances. If a mature person calmly chooses suicide, should we respect his choice? Such people are contradictory and independent people who combine absolute self and ultimate concern for all mankind. However, the reality always makes them despair.
