People in the war of 5/9/45 don't know the end of the war, but we do. When we re-read that period of history with the answers we already know, and examine that catastrophe from a condescending perspective from the perspective of modern people and from the perspective of an all-knowing and almighty outsider who seems to be possessed by the Creator, we are still unable to experience that kind of Skin pain, helplessness, and confusion, because we are outsiders...
A story is laid out in front of us, no matter how tragic it is, we can always read it because we know the ending: the bad guy dies, the good guy wins, The world is thus at peace.
Because we know that such a happy ending is waiting for us at the end of the credits...
But, do the people in the war know the ending! ? Of course not, hence the question and answer. So what kind of beliefs do they support in fighting, living, and loving each other? !
Not knowing (problems that are too political rather than human will not be discussed here)
is not unimaginable, but I can't give an accurate answer, I can list a lot of possible options, but all seem to be inaccurate... For the country? for the nation? for a lover? for relatives? For comrades-in-arms... It seems that none of them are, and it seems that they are all.
History is always repeating, generation after generation, people say "don't forget the past, and teach the future", but one war after another is staged. History can't get out of this vicious circle. Even if there is a car in front, there will still be a rear end, and there will be more than one. The reason is all from the weakness of human beings: greed! This is something that human beings brought out of their mother's womb. The so-called "the strong eat the weak" was beautifully dubbed the law of the jungle, so it was legalized and sounded, and there was no more psychological burden.
War is unavoidable, and the forgetting of war is also unavoidable. Even the descendants of the victims go back to worship the murderer and worship the criminal who killed their grandfather and insulted their grandmother. There are many reasons: the military uniform is handsome, the style is cool, the theory is very provocative...even: the movies they are making now are very nice, the costumes are very fashionable, there are many stars...I am tired of describing these people with idioms and forgetting their ancestors, I wish they matured soon... ...
The next war is coming, let's go to the national mourning together!
