The Cops - Katie returns to the upstairs bedroom covered in blood with a knife and falls into mental chaos for a long time until the body of the male protagonist Micah is found. The police go upstairs and shoot Katie (the demon left Katie's body)

The Camera - Katie was heavy The upstairs threw Micah's body to the camera and smiled at the camera (after Katie disappeared)
I saw the first ending scene,,, but if so, it is not the same as the second one It is very connected,,, so, after watching the second part, I firmly believe that it should be the third ending!
