"National Treasure": A joke of American history

An old movie that I saw a long time ago. Really, very old for me, I have seen it since at least 2005. If you watch it again, it is still fascinating, and I want to express feeling: one good film is comparable to ten bad films.

When I first watched it, I haven't watched other treasure hunt movies, such as "Indiana Jones" and "The Lost City of Tomb", so I can't make comparisons. Now that I have read countless films, I can make a horizontal comparison. Compared with the two series I mentioned earlier, this film is not inferior at all, although there is not much innovation.

Treasure hunt movies, the essential elements, treasures, maps, beauties, institutions, and evil opponents, this film is all available. What this film lacks is fighting, exciting fighting. However, since this is a treasure hunt movie, there can be no fights. After all, everyone is not Indiana Jones. Of course, there is no disgusting creature in the "Indiana Jones" series in this film. This makes me feel very relieved.

The difference between this film and other treasure hunt films is that it is a modern treasure hunt film, not going to an ancient tomb, nor is it a cliff. Treasures are not precious diamonds, or exaggerated magical objects, but simple treasures-money. The biggest highlight of this film is to make fun of American history. It connects the treasure to the short three hundred years of the United States that cannot be called history. Moreover, from the perspective of a person familiar with American history, there are not too many flaws. In this regard, we have done a good job.

The plot of the film is compact, one-by-one, and the structure is intense and exciting, which makes it easy for the audience to enter the plot. In this respect, it is a qualified commercial film. The treasure hunt of the movie has also been carefully designed, including the stealing bridge section of the "Arhat" series, the intense chase in the square, and the dark treasure hunt in the underground cave. I have learned a lot of classic films, and it seems to be very enjoyable.

As a commercial film, the acting skills of the actors are not important, but the appearance of the actors is important. The heroes and heroines of the film well implement this purpose. The heroes and heroines are real handsome men and women. Nicklas Cage won't say much, big star. However, I have a new discovery in this film. Is he blond? Europeans and Americans will never understand the true colors of their hair, and the ghosts know what their true colors are. The heroine Diane Kruger in this film is simply too beautiful. It can be said to be a stunning beauty. Especially the makeup and appearance when she first appeared on the stage, that is, youthful and sexy, that is beautiful and temperament, how many other beauties like her in Hollywood? I have watched her movies in recent years. I don't know if she is older or the makeup artist is not good. I feel that she is getting uglier and uglier. Beauty cannot last forever.

A good movie, don’t be afraid to watch it twice. It's hard to watch a bad film once. Why is the gap so big? After watching this film for the second time, I still like it so much, which really surprised me.

Overall, a great commercial film. Covering all kinds of classic elements, absorbing the essence of predecessors' films, making jokes about American history, it is a perfect combination of film. It's worth watching again.
