Needless to say, the only bright spot came from fledgling Edward Norton.
The essence of Norton's acting skills is not that he plays a perverted killer with a split personality. It is because of the mystery hidden in the double personality that he shows drippingly in the film, and successfully hinted at another possibility of the ending with a slightly blunt performance. There is a play within a play, and a "pretend" is performed. This is too high.
The ps hero lacks the aggressiveness that the character needs. But beautiful. is my dish.
