perfect psychological thriller

Cai Kangyong mentioned in "Kangxi Is Coming". The story of a perverted fan under house arrest of an idol. The battle of wits between the perverted aunt and the injured writer in the small room. The two faced off in a confined space. It's full of drama when I hear it, and I really want to watch it.

It certainly didn't disappoint me. It's one of the best movies I've seen in recent years. It can be described as "perfect".

As the story goes up and down, the heart seems to be pinched by a hand. Sometimes holding my breath, sometimes suffocating.

The heroine Kathy Bates, is to actThe one with the rich woman who was the nouveau riche. The performance is amazing! The pervert in Wenli, the crazy hysteria... This year's Little Golden Man she deserves her name.

The male lead's acting is gentle and reserved. The two are one by one, complementing each other.

Low cost, small production, no gore. Just relying on the actors' acting skills and storytelling can make such a good-looking film. Rare.

Men's lies vs women's neuroticism, lack of suspense, and the heroine's image and acting skills are very good, making up for the innate shortcomings of the script itself.

    Exactly what I would do.

Misery quotes

  • Paul Sheldon: [holding a rolled-up page of his manuscript] Remember how for all those years, nobody knew who Misery's real father was, or if they'd ever be reunited? It's all right here. Does she finally marry Ian, or will it be Winthorne? It's all right here.

[lights a match and with it, lights the page]

    Annie Wilkes: Paul you can't!

    [drops her glass]

Paul Sheldon: [Still holding the burning page] Why not? I learned it from you.

[Puts the burning page down onto his manuscript, already on the floor, burning it]

  • Virginia McCain: We got a phone call? Busy morning.

Sheriff John T. 'Buster' McCain: Yeah. Work, work, work.
