As far as the characters appearing, there are three pairs of father and daughter (Anna and her doting father, Anna's step-sister and father, the old detective and his daughter), two pairs of father and son (the foolish father, and the choked child and him father), two pairs of mother and daughter (amnesia mother and daughter, the opening little girl and her mother), two pairs of mother and child (the choked child and mother, Anna's boyfriend and his mother).
There are other correspondences for characters that do not appear. Anna's step-sister with her parents who died young, a pregnant policewoman and her future child.
Behind these parents hide a variety of human emotions.
Anna's father: Doting.
Anna's righteous sister's father: indifferent.
Old Detective as Father: Diaphragm.
Paralyzed Father: From resentment to tolerance.
Amnesia mother: involuntarily distanced from her daughter's growth.
Opening little girl's mother: caring.
Mother of a choked child: not abandoning, not giving up, guilty.
Father of choked child: caring, tired, letting tragedy happen for relief.
Anna's boyfriend's mother: Shelter. Regardless of whether the son is right or wrong, he will cover it up first. (The police chase after a long time)
Pregnant policewoman: unknown.
