That shot

As a commercial film, "King Arthur" is actually quite good. After all, watching movies on the computer, there are not many movies that can prevent me from pressing the fast-forward button madly.
Whether it's good or bad, too many people have said it before, and that's about it, so I won't repeat them one by one.
There is one scene in this film that I really like. That was the scene in the woods, where the disgusting nobleman was shot down with an arrow by Keira Knightley, who was wearing a long flowing blue dress in the mist, holding a bow and arrow, and looking resolute. It is a wonderful combination of women's weakness and strength, which is very beautiful.
In fact, I don't really like Keira Knightley's performance in many places in the film. Of course, I think this also has problems with the screenwriter and beauty. For example, when she faced Arthur, whether it was in terms of plot or expression, there was always a seduction that meant it. Especially when she was rescued and Arthur gave her a bone, the first reaction in my mind was the look on that part: Wow! Who sent the beauty plan... Besides, I don't like the female warrior shape very much. She painted her face like an avatar, and her chest was flatter than a man's. Are there warriors' cold clothes?
I'm a little dissatisfied with the ending, it feels a bit anticlimactic, after a rather thick war scene, a very thin marriage scene as the ending, there is always a very unbalanced feeling...
But overall, this is still a very successful movie Commercial films, the above dissatisfaction is nothing but nitpicking.

King Arthur quotes

  • Tristan: We knights are blessed in that we do not run from it. We seek it, grasp it by the throat and demand honor in our passing.

  • Merlin: [to Arthur] It was love of your mother that freed the sword, not hatred of me.
