In Shanghai, China, in 1935, Dr. Indiana Jones had a deal with the Shanghai gang boss, and the other party broke his promise after getting the ashes of Nurhachi and wanted to destroy Jones's mouth. At a critical moment, the clever kid rescued Dr. Jones and a showgirl Willie who had been involved for no reason.
Due to the crash of the three people's plane, after jumping off the plane, they drifted to a village in India in a rubber dinghy. Here the river dries up, the crops are destroyed, famine is rampant, and the people don’t have a lot of livelihood. The locals attributed it to the evil spirits of the Peng Gao Palace, and regarded Jones and his party who "fallen from the sky" as the incarnation of the gods. They asked Jones to help them retrieve the kidnapped holy stone and all the children.
The magic palace is indeed full of weirdness. The ruler is a child. The nobles eat leeches, pythons, beetles, and monkey brains. The palace is full of organs. They have witnessed bloody cult sacrifice rituals. Destined to be difficult and unusual.

In this "Indiana Jones", Spielberg is still trying to explore the unknown world, and at the same time he is more fascinated by mysticism, especially the yearning for the Eastern world (blood sacrifice, Gu surgery and even Chinese Kung Fu). The formulaic dungeon adventure routine has been enhanced a lot. PS I think the most comprehensible way of expression in his cherished "The Shining" is that the actress screams desperately when she is frightened.

The trilogy is linked together, and it seems that the special effects are really average now, but at that time, I was really good. I feel that the heroine of the third part is the most beautiful. 20131014 night
