Many people think that Spielberg’s film is a bad film. When viewed in a comprehensive way, the plot, setting, and performance of this film really seem to be nondescript. The plot is clichéd. It is nothing more than aliens suddenly invading the earth. Under the initial defeat, suddenly human beings are like divine help, and succeeded in coming out of the predicament again. In terms of settings, the aliens’ weapons and appearance settings are quite interesting, but the reason for their failure in the end is really embarrassing. Does the evolution of something like aliens with high IQ regard it as a blind spot of knowledge? In the performance, I have to say that the little girl who always screams is so cute. When she and Dad were hiding in the basement of the kind-hearted person, I always felt that the kind-hearted person wanted to wait for an opportunity to invade him... well, I wanted to get crooked again.
