Maybe it's just a cheesy or even bland detective story in and of itself, but in a particular mode like vampires, I admit I was drawn.
I've paid for almost every movie of the same or similar subject matter, except for Twilight (it's a really disgusting movie, just a personal opinion).
I think there should be many people like me who are fascinated by such magical creatures as vampires. They are a little sensitive to sunlight. They have almost all the advantages that humans want to have.
I don't know if I have a morbid personality cult for them, but it's so enjoyable to see their pale eyes and bloody fangs. Especially when there is a little resentment in my heart, this scene is really heartwarming.
So even though this film can't be called perfect from the plot setting to the cast selection, I still give it five stars to the clever writer and director, even though it's only one season, I still think it's a success.
