Now, in addition to "Battlestar", which has not been live-action, the other two released their own live-action versions in 2009. And my expectations for "Special Forces" are more serious than "Transformers", after all, "Change" has already been released.
"Special Forces" should be regarded as a dream of all boys who have seen it at that time.
General HAWK, Machine Gunner, White Ghost, Snake Eye, Scientist, Baroness, Captain Duke, etc. Those flying tiger chariots, special helicopters, snowmobiles, it's just what everyone dreams of.
However, after real-life, seeing those familiar names, the characters are a little strange.
Although the modeling and other aspects have basically restored the animation. However, the main line of the story is a bit confusing.
Why did Duke and Xiao Hei enter GIJOE, and why did the mutual hatred between White Ghost and Snake Eyes be so deep? Why the Baroness and Duke have a leg to go into detail. After all, the subtitle of this time is "The Rise of the Cobra", and at the end of the story, we finally know the birth of COMMANER and Iron Man. After reading these, I really start to look forward to when the next one will be released?
If you leave out a wake-up call to childhood memories. People who have never watched cartoons will not find it obscure to watch this film.
Less than 120 minutes will not make you feel verbose at all. The script is written with tight and twisty plots, and the characters are well portrayed, not to mention the dazzling computer special effects, plus the rich and surging music and sound effects, all the elements of any qualified blockbuster are available.
Add those scenes that are branded with classic American branding:
going to the cemetery must be on a rainy day, and the male protagonist must be riding a motorcycle in the rain and watching the female protagonist melancholy from a distance; the ultimate expression of personal heroism; some classics The emergence of American humor and so on can add some laughs and sensational feelings to this film.
However, people like me who are obsessed with the same year will still be slightly critical of some of the scenes in the film.
For example:
I clearly remember that the white ghost later became a member of the special forces, and it was after the death of his junior brother Snake Eye. In the film, however, it became the snake's eye to kill him and avenge him.
And GIJOE itself does not have such a good X single soldier suit.
In any case, I personally think "The Rise of the Cobra" is a success.
It has laid a good foreshadowing for future series, but the emergence of more high-tech weapons in the future will require the director's rich imagination and the wisdom of other consultants.
Having said that, HASBRO has earned another vote!
