Watching HI from the first episode, I felt that the role of henry was a little too perfect, handsome, smart, kind, gentle, brave and calm. Perfect people are often unreal, and their bright appearance often hides extreme depression and hatred, which eventually leads to split personality. .
From the moment the first victim was hanged under the propeller, HI seemed to set the tone for the film to be another SAW-like encyclopedia of murder, but then gradually focused on guessing who the murderer was. In fact, it doesn't matter who the murderer is, nor does the modus operandi matter. What matters is the motivation for creating a logically rigorous suspense horror film. What is the purpose of killing everyone and turning HI into an island of the dead? If the ending is just a cynical split personality killed by the hatred of others because of the neglect, then this film is just a catalyst for adrenaline.
The more intelligent the person is in some areas, the performance is like a simple child, such as henry, the reason for this killing is just a simple and casual remark from abby in the few warm memories of his depressed childhood:
I hope you can stay with me forever On this island, just the two of us. . .
As a lunatic, he regards this simple language as the Garden of Eden he longs for, and spares no effort to realize it with bloody means.
