is a movie recommended by Moke. I bought it for a long time and haven't watched it. Has it been 5 years? Every time I don't dare to touch this kind of recommended touching film. Afraid of meeting Mr. Sorrow and unable to escape.
I put it on hold after seeing half of it. The picture is beautiful and clean, Dream Island is really like a paradise, especially when the sunlight is slanting into the broken house, you will feel that the sunlight is shaking off the screen and you can't open your eyes. Reminds me of the rainbow my classmates photographed in Spain. It is also dazzlingly beautiful outside the screen.
Going back to this film, the heroine is very similar to Gao Yuanyuan, youthful, with a lot of weird naive ideas, long hands and long feet, with a taste of greenness. It is reminiscent of Gui Lunmei in "The Blue Door", and Gao Yuanyuan in "Following Love to the End". When the male protagonist was young, he was actually very long and wretched. I don't know if it's my aesthetics. hehe.
Sakutaro and Takiki had a perfect first love, and the love came to an abrupt end when the crystal sparkled the most, so it will always be the most beautiful love.
Sakutaro grows up, leaves his hometown, has a new love, is about to get married, his fiancee disappears, returns to his hometown, and walks into the door of memory. Only to find that even if the past love was crystal, it was scattered all the way by him.
It wasn't until I walked this road again, intentionally or unintentionally, that I remembered the Tarkic period that I was afraid of being forgotten.
There are no tears, no heartbeat, people have to let go of some things before they can move forward. If they can't let go, they have to forget.
Men's ability to forget seems to always be higher than women's, so in the film. If Ritsuko hadn't gone back to Shikoku to look for it, Sakutaro would have gotten married in peace. Perhaps when I arrived in Australia many years later, I recalled when I was young, I used to think that this was the center of the world.
Leaving voices, leaving images, fear of forgetting, everything is still unable to withstand the power of time.
