Bitterness does not hinder chocolate

The more tired, the harder it is to relax. I am this kind of person.
I was very tired yesterday, but I was in a surprisingly good spirit. I watched four and a half movies in one breath. It
was Hayao Miyazaki's "My Neighbor Totoro" (I watched it while molesting my My Neighbor Totoro ~),
"A Happy Family 2009" "Skate Duo" and "Beethoven Biography".
That half finally made me fall asleep. It was Hayao Miyazaki's early work called "Panda Family". The
master would have painted such a flattering and sweet work in his early years, and I really didn't hold it back.

Recently I have focused on watching Hayao Miyazaki's early works, and I have watched almost every one of them two or three times.
At a young age, I don't think it is so good-looking, but I just like it sincerely recently.
Especially when the heart is too tired to squeeze the juice, (often there are such times)
looking at the ideal rural life in "My Neighbor Totoro", you will feel relaxed and comfortable.
That is of course an ideal. In that ideal, there are ideal agricultural ecology and forests,
ideal parents and ideal children, ideal neighborhoods and ideal farmers,
ideal relationships between man and nature, mutual respect and love, coexist.
There is a little bit of danger and mystery, and the cuteness of My Neighbor Totoro is also awe-inspiring,
but it is like that little bit of bitterness, which does not hinder the chocolate.

The children's world is not completely dreamy, for example, they will face "death."
The mother's sickness, the absent mother, penetrated in the second half of the story, as
real as raindrops, and the seemingly omnipotent sister broke down and cried.
That extraordinary cheerfulness, almost unreasonable strength,
made my heart so soft.

There are always one or two scenes or fragments,
just like chinchillas so magically that the oak trees spew and grow, and clouds and mists cover the sky.
There are always such moments, I can't help but exclaim: "Wow!!!" Voice,
Like the children in the story who are always open-minded.
By the way, that is exactly what the master said through the mouths of two children:
"This seems to be a dream!"
"But it is not a dream!"

  • Tatsuo Kusakabe: Trees and people used to be good friends. I saw that tree and decided to buy the house. Hope Mom likes it too. Okay, let's pay our respects then get home for lunch.
